That you don’t know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone…

My Two-Cents

I’m blessed with hormonal imbalance, so when everyone (females) have *that* time of the month when pimples seems to grow like unwanted weed in the middle of your beautiful turf, I have that every other week. Basically whenever my body feels like acting up.

The aftermath  is, well my skin needs a LOT of work.

During the 2 months that I’ve been using this, I haven’t wrote any reviews or raves about Melano CC, instead I raved on Sum:37′ Time Energy Skin Resetting Moist Firming Cream and Sulwhasoo Overnight Vitalizing Mask.

I got my Melano CC 2 months ago and I’ve been using it religiously ever since. That is, until I started testing an acid toner that is *supposedly* mind-blowing and because I don’t want to over-exfoliate I stopped any other low-pH actives including Melano CC.

Then I realized how much Melano CC helps, especially with my PIH and overall brightness. This past 2 weeks I’ve been pretty much on the same routine, just minus this and some minor stuffs I ran out of, but boy is my skin different. Even after using Sulwhasoo Clarifying Mask, Sum:37 TE Skin Resetting Cream, and Sulwhasoo Overnight Vitalizing Mask (my ussual glow arsenal), I still couldn’t get THAT glow.

So ya, baby you’re coming back to me and I ain’t letting you go this time.

Science Talk

While Rhoto says that Melano CC uses a more stable form of vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), they don’t exactly specify which more stable derivate they’re using. Combined with vitamin E, they made a formidable enemy for sun spots, PIH, dull skin, basically, hello glow!

As for pH level, Melano CC is ideal and stable at pH 3,5 (tested using multicolor pH strip).
